Jimmy Kimmel Eats Durian
When talking about the weird fruits then probably you would consider Durian as one of the strangest fruits you have ever seen. Durian is a very popular fruit in Asia most especially in the Southeast Region where Durian is very abundant.
Southeast Asian people even dubbed durian as the “King of Fruits” because of its distinctive size, strong odor and formidable thorn-covered musk.
The fruit is native to Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia. It is also popular in the Philippines particularly in Davao City.
And just like anyone of you here, a lot of people express diverse and passionate definition ranging from appreciation to intense disgust of this fruit.
So when Hollywood actress Jessica Chastain guessed the Jimmy Kimmel show, she made sure her time and presence would be unforgettable, so she gave the popular TV hosts and personality Jimmy Kimmel a taste of her favorite fruit – DURIAN.
Jessica Chastian is one of the main casts of Huntsman: Winter’s War.
Jessica said in front of Jimmy Kimmel that the fruit is the “bleu cheese of fruit.”
She even added, “I love it though! It tastes like onions, garlic, avocado and pineapple in a custard.”
It is no doubt that Jessica really fell in love with famous fruit.
At first, Kimmel thought that Chastain is just playing a prank with him and could not believe that he is actually trying to eat the fruit.
As of opening the Durian fruit, it can be seen how Jimmy Kimmel reacted as he smells the odor of the fruit. “Oh my god, it attacked me,” says Kimmel.
Even though Chastain devoured a pinch of the fruit, it is pretty obvious the Kimmel was reluctant to try it himself.
