The action movie icon proved to everybody that he made a right choice when he married the former ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ host.
He shared the touching story on his Instagram account, based on the article published recently in Bandera.
According to the ‘Sana Dalawa Ang Puso Ko’ actor, his mom Mama Eva Cariño-Padilla was crying when she called him.
The actor was a bit surprised and worried because he initially thought that there was an emergency or something bad happened.
Contrary to what he thought, it was instead a good thing and a plus point for his wife Mariel.
He elaborated the story when his mother was about to use the comfort room in his aunt’s house where there was a party. The old woman hesitated because it already looked undesirable because too many people had been using it already.
On the other hand, Mama Eva’s daughter-in-law extended her help and cleaned the comfort room so that it can be used by the old woman.
With that, the action movie icon thanked her wife for doing that act of kindness to his beloved mother.
