Here are the controversial brawls involving famous celebrities and personalities that shocked the public and grabbed the headlines.
Albie Casiño and Andi Eigenmann
Allegations pointed out that friends of Andi attacked her former boyfriend Albie. Rina Casiño, the latter’s mom identified the attackers as Frank Magalona, Carlos Concepcion, Jeck-Jeck Lacson and Neil Arce.
The incident reportedly happened at Fiamma bar in Makati City in May 2012. Andi denied that she was involved with the incident.
Coco Martin and Matteo Guidicelli
The controversial brawl between Coco and Matteo happened during the Star Magic Ball back in September 2011 at Manila Peninsula. It was later on revealed that Maja Salvador was the cause of the fight between the two Kapamilya actors.
Gilas Pilipinas and Australia Basketball Team
Just recently, the heated game between Gilas Pilipinas and the basketball team of Australia resulted to one of the most controversial brawls in the field of sports in the Philippines.
Jay R and Borgy Manotoc
These two male celebrities reportedly had a conflict Embassy Bar in Taguig back in July 2006. It was said that the cause of the fight was when the singer talked to the then girlfriend of the model Ornusa Cadness.
Borgy also had a controversial fight with Carlo Pardo de Tavera in April 2007 in the same place.
Jeron Teng, Thomas and Norbert Torres
Jeron was stabbed during a heated fight at a bar near the Early Night Club at the Fort Strip in Taguig City.
The incident happened last June 2018 which resulted to the PBA cager’s serious injury. He got three deep stab wounds while Thomas arm muscles was lacerated.
Norbert who was also with them during that time got injured. Police identified their attackers as Edmar Manalo and Willard Basili.
