One of the country’s most popular rock icon Chito Miranda of the popular Pinoy band “Parokya ni Edgar” announced on social media that his wife Neri Naig is now pregnant. The announcement of Chito Miranda was released on social media during the worldwide celebration of “Father’s Day,” on June 19, 2016.
The veteran pinoy rock icon posted a photo of Neri Naig’s baby bump on his official Instagram account. Miranda also added with the following caption “Yey!!!! Magce-celebrate na din ako ng Father’s Day,” Miranda said in his caption.
Chito Miranda and Neri Naig got married during the year 2014 and last 2015 Naig got pregnant but later revealed to the media that she lost her baby sometime in June. Neri Naig is a former contestant of the country’s most popular reality TV show, Pinoy Big Brother.
Aside from Neri Naig also involved with Chito Miranda is former Tabing Ilog star Kaye Abad who got engaged recently with Paul Jake Castillo. Miranda and Kaye Abad dated from early 2000s until their break up in 2009.
The former Ateneo de Manila student, Miranda had some showbiz connections as he became a good friends with fellow Filipino artists Kamikazee vocalist Jay Contreras, late rapper Francis Magalona and rapper Gloc-9. He formed Parokya ni Edgar during his college days, but before their fame rose they worked as front act for Eraserheads as “Comic Relief,” the original name of Parokya ni Edgar.
