Sneeze Them All Out

A single sneeze or three of it could actually help.

How often do you sneeze? Were there times when you sneezed not just once but three times? Have you ever wondered on why at times sneezing must come in threes?

Actually, truths be told that sneezing is as normal as breathing to asthmatic people and it does not just come in three. At times, it goes nonstop until it reaches seven. Others just brand it as morning sickness to give it a lighter name.

Sneezing actually helps you – more than it embarrasses you at times most especially when you are in a very quiet room and everyone heard your “achoo!”

According to Dr. Jordan S. Josephson in Live Science, sneezing in threes might be too much but it actually clears out the airways – driving out the irritants.

The sinus specialist at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City said that people sneeze because of foreign particles in the nose. It is the way to get them all out.

Why it comes in threes at times?

Dr. Josephson said that the first one probably loosens up the particle, the second gets it in front of the nose, and finally it gets out on the third sneeze.

As reported by Live Science, there are several irritants which include infections, cold air, allergens, physical irritants, and environmental particles.
