TUGADE DENIES – Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade denied the claim of United States Ambassador to Philippines Philip Goldberg about his ‘unpublicized’ trip to Beijing, China.

In a recent news report, the Secretary of Transportation, Arthur Tugade, denied the claims of US Ambassador Goldberg about his trip to Beijing, China in June 2016 as stated in a Facebook post which was on the social media page of Department of Transportation.

The Transportation Secretary even emphasized it as a gossip as the post stated that he said that, ‘If it is true that Ambassador Goldberg said that, then the fabled American “intelligence network” has miserably failed again. Tsismis yan!’

Further, based on the news report, the Transportation Secretary takes his passport as proof as the post stated Tugade’s statement entailing, ‘Was never in Beijing in June! You can always examine my passport anytime.’
