Not only citizens but as well as leaders evaluate their fellow leaders too and they too have set their own ideals. In a recent news report in ABS-CBN News, Pres. Rody Duterte has aired out that he likes the President of Russia, Pres. Vladimir Putin.
Based on the report, Pres. Duterte expressed his appreciation to the Russian President in his meeting with the overseas Filipino workers from the Middle East as he said, “Gusto ko si Putin (I like Putin).”
