After Yabut dropped Simon in Kamuning from Makati he headed straight home but he found out that there was a phone left in the car he was driving.

So he contacted the Grab management handling him to coordinate the incident.

The phone’s owner then called Yabut and asked him to return the phone right away because it was an emergency matter and his gas expenses in going there will be paid, and so he did.

When the Grab driver arrived in the place of the phone’s owner, he was allegedly beaten instead to be thanked for the favor he did.

The worse thing than getting hurt; he was also accused of stealing the phone.

When the police arrived, he was brought to the barangay hall wherein he thought he could have the justice he wanted that time.

On the other hand, it was said on the post that Simon manipulated the story in front of the authorities and he was the one pressed to be the culprit.
