Philippines-China agreement on 100K Filipino English teachers to be deployed to China has been signed

Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Secretary Silvestre Bello III has confirmed that the agreement between the Chinese and Philippine government to send 100,000 Filipino English teachers in China has been signed.

In previous weeks, this agreement was still on pending but its materialization was already perceived as President Rodrigo Duterte has attended the Boao Forum in China just recently.
