Family of Eddie Garcia Advised To Limit Visitors Of the Actor Amid Critical Condition
EDDIE GARCIA – The latest update regarding the condition of actor Eddie Garcia contained the advice to the family of the veteran actor to limit his visitors.
Following an accident on the set, Eddie Garcia is now fighting for his life at Makati Medical Center. It was on June 8, Saturday, when a heartbreaking incident took place leaving him in a comatose state.
Eddie seemingly tripped on a cable wire during a taping for Rosang Agimat. Supposedly, it’s his comeback project with the GMA-7 after a long stint in ABS-CBN’s FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.
Eddie was rushed to the hospital. Initial reports stated that he had a heart attack and heat stroke but, a few hours after, it was clarified that he has cervical fracture.
Currently, Tito Eddie is in Makati Medical Center and in a critical condition. He has yet to regain his consciousness and many are praying that he can recover.
The doctors of the veteran actor admit that he really is in a very, very critical condition now. One of them previously expressed that only “miracle” can save him.
Eddie’s family refused to remove his life support. They agreed to put him under the do-not-resuscitate (DNR) order.
Based on Pilipino Star Ngayon, the latest update on the condition of Eddie Garcia contained the advice of the doctors to his family to limit his visitors.
In a medical bulletin prepared by Dr. Artemio Cabrera Salvador, the Division Head of Makati Medical Center’s Patient Relations Department, it is stated that the advice to limit Tito Eddie’s visitors is “to prevent complications from occurring”.
According to the report, on the time that the medical bulletin was released yesterday, Eddie Garcia is still dependent on the ventilator. The medication also helps sustain his blood pressure.
