Meanwhile, the PDP-Laban standard-bearer is currently making rounds online after he admitted that he has existing bank accounts at the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI).

Just recently, Duterte was castigated by Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV who claimed that the latter has failed to declare a whopping P211 million in his 2014 statement of assets, liabilities, and net worth (SALN).

Duterte’s camp mulls to file libel raps against him if his accusations will be proven false.

Trillanes on the other hand stressed that he will resign from his post as Senator and will back-out on vice-presidential race if his complaints will be proven wrong.

  1. Why Duterte must win.
We have been told many times to “Think outside the box.” Globally, there are strange things happening that analysts stay up the whole night trying to keep up. Wikileaks, Snowden, etc have done the world a favor by exposing government evils and sadly, not many pay attention nor interest. One would wonder why even mainstream media such as CNN, BBC, FOX, AP, Reuters, etc, do not even pick up. Sometimes they do, but notice how they will try to put a spin to trivialize the issues. Or they provide little coverage yet no follow up.
When people talk about “alternative media”, it is so easy to dismiss it, as well as the “conspiracy theorists”. Yes, some are quacks, many are quacks. But there are reliable ones run by professionals, professors, scientists, doctors, independent journalists, former heads of NGOs, and international organizations, and ordinary people who are risking lives to put out the truth. What does it got to do with Duterte? Plenty. Here are documented facts relevant to us:
    1. Through PRISM, NSA is directly access our servers of Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and Apple, among others and M16 taps ALL fiber optic cable worldwide. So basically, we are being monitored and all legal since 9-11. XKeyscore is a tool the NSA uses to search “nearly everything a user does on the Internet” through data it intercepts across the world.
    2. Who runs all these agencies? US government? UK government? Under the doctrine of Parens Patriae, “Government As Parent”, as a result of the manipulated bankruptcy of the United States of America in 1930, ALL the assets of the American people, their person, and the US itself are held by the Depository Trust Corporation, secured by UCC Commercial Liens, which are then monetized as “debt money” by the Federal Reserve. It may interest you to know that under the umbrella of the Depository Trust Corporation lays the CEDE Corporation, the Federal Reserve Corporation, the American Bar Association, the legal arm of the banking interests, and the Internal Revenue Service, the system’s collection agency. Whoever sits as president. Corporate America, the elite brotherhood, runs America.
    3. War is profitable. War and oil trade gives value to the dollar that is actually not backed by gold. Perpetual war is an American Ideology. It may seem like I am jumping the gun, but I do not want to say the why’s and how’s and overwhelm the topic on why Duterte must win. You can do your own research. A proof of this is why would the US and NATO insist on perpetuating the war on Syria when Russia and the Syrian Army have already successfully reduced ISIS to a rubble AND Syria recently held a very successful election despite all the ruins and destruction. Turnout was more than any other countries in some places. And why would the US and NATO practically surround the western Russian borders when there was not even a slight provocation from Russia?
    4. BRICS is an association of 5 emerging economies, namely Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. Combined, they comprise of 42% of world population, and 20% of world GDP. In other words, they are a threat, as well as Iraq was a threat, Syria was a threat and Russia and China in particular, because they all decided to use their own currency for trading instead of dollars. Recent events show onslaught of attacks to individual countries, the most obvious was with Argentina, who was going to join BRICS, Brazil and Russia. How can a group of bankers be in so much control? Again, do look up on this.
    5. Now, we come closer to home, China. Proxy War is a war instigated by a major power that does not itself become involved. The US could not attack China. For many reasons. We have seen proxy wars in the Middle East, that had nothing to do with that country, like Lebanon, for instance is a proxy war between Iran and the US, Vietnam War was a war between Russia and the US. There are a number of proxy wars throughout history and by all analysts’ indication, UNLESS WE HAVE A STRONG MAN, who could stand up to those powers, we are looking at a proxy war in our shores in the next 5 years or less.
    6. Another reason is the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). It may seem to be a win-win trade agreement in the beginning, but what it is, is a monster of a deal where we will not have our own say on business and even agriculture and medicine. Although Roxas did say that he is against it unless the trade deal is fair, he curiously did not address the issue of the fine prints that virtually says corporations can sue governments if they pass a law that is detrimental to their business. In other words, if we ban Monsanto, for instance, Monsanto can sue us for their loss of business even if it is the law of the land. Capish?

So please excuse me if I am still for Duterte in spite of your “ew, kadiri sya” sentiments. Pro Duterte bashers seem to think that they are the moral compass, high minded individuals that detest “Dutertards” and compartmentalize us as retards and uncouth. Despite all your reasons to hate Duterte, neither Roxas, nor Binay and especially Poe, whose husband remains an American with CIA ties, none of them can protect me and my family from big bullies like the US and China. But maybe Duterte can. Please do not miss the real issues and focus on cuss words, bad jokes, and promises that you think can not be achieved. I need him for something else. For when the time comes that he needs to sever ties, He will. As for me, I will also cross my fingers that Duterte would do something about securing our phones and internet. These are the things that concern me, not protecting my child from cuss words and bad moral examples. Those are good too, but there is an imminent danger and WE NEED A STRONG MAN.

    • I agree with most of your sentiments on the various significant external forces impinging on our nation for the short and long-term time being. My crux of your point was clearly choosing Digong for being a STRONG MAN. But I implore you to listen and search further the differences between his campaign and manifesto and the others’ advocacies.
He promises to be a STRONG MAN for the nation, Mar advocates for us to be a STRONG NATION built COLLECTIVELY. I too switched because Duterte’s offering a panacea to our country’s issues went as shallow as to tackle only the symptons that befall it. (Killing the corrupt without addressing the etiology of their corruption in the first place?) Long-lasting resolutions take time, conscious effort, and a unifying strength – I’m voting for the Presidentiable who makes me want to be the change, not just one who makes me see it. I hope you can concur to some of these points at least, but goodluck to us all.

    • Wow, highfalutin discussion on the need for a strong man. He cant even face up with Trillanes. You expect him to be the strong man to face the powers that be of the world. He doesn’t even have a good plan in case of an invasion of the reefs in the Spratleys, now you’re talking about a strong man to protect us from foreign interests. God, you people really reflect the philosophy (or the lack of it) of oversimplification of how things should be run. Talking in high sounding ggobledygood that does not really make sense. Stamp of Duterte idolatry.

  2. If the integrity and investigation ways of Sen.Trillanes have no previous merit or had poor track record, I’ll just let this pass one ear and out the other.

As a former Du30 supporter(believing that Philippines needs a steel arm to lead) I have to research, evaluate and weigh what would be good “Para sa Bayan Kong Sinilangan”. I plan to come back, spend my dollars and live the rest of my life in Quezon City where I was born 59 years ago. Of course that depends on what kind of Philippines I’ll go home to.

I trust that with democratic election that’s been going on for the last 30 years the Filipino “botante” should have wisen up. But something still bothers me, most people cannot separate actors from politics. It shows that even actors have to choose whether they are “kapamilya” or “kapuso”. Totally absurd…..It’s the field of arts for crying out loud.

This kind of decision making by a Filipino citizen is what I hope majority of the millenials should model after. I do not know this person Ron Camacho or where he’s from but by itemizing the issues, to me he smartly justified why he’s switching. Intelligence commands respect. RESPECT cannot be bought, favorably acquired nor forcefully demanded. It is always EARNED!

    Reply
    • RESPECT CANNOT BE BOUGHT. Very True. It was not DUTERTE who brought the results in Davao. It was the Davaoenos. BUT- DUTERTE “INSPIRED” the Davaoneos to a common goal which brought RESULTS to Davao. These RESULTS brought RESPECT to DUTERTE. I know because I witnessed it. His ability to INSPIRE people to go for Excellence brought changes. His Leadership has been proven. It is time for the whole Philippines to benefit from it.

      • Davao City has remained agricultural after 23 years of Digong as Mayor. Yet he promises that he will industrialize the Philippines in 6 years. No industrialist will believe him. This is a big joke! Only fools will believe him!

        Reply
        • because the government failed to support Davao in particular and Mindanao as a whole. Look at the power problem in the whole of Mindanao. Until now they can hardly provide the power supply need to go industrial. The government must be able to support the need of the whole country not the selected provinces of the same party or color. People wants to change that and they knew DUTERTE can provide the leadership to CHANGE for the BETTER and NOT status quo.

          • Nyek. Government na naman may kasalanan. Tapos pag di nagawa ni Duterte ang nipromise nya in 3-6 months, kasalanan naman ng US or ni Poncio Pilato.

        • @Ton Alcantara Before you make a comment, ask yourself these questions. Have you seen Davao lately? Have you tried living here? How do you think Davao City survived? Do you know that Davao is vulnerable to being destroyed because of the places which surrounded us many years ago before Duterte became Mayor? Do you know how big Davao is? Have you seen our infrastructures here? Have you seen his works? Do you know that through LINGAP, Mayor Duterte is able to provide assistance to those who need financial help in the least possible time. Why don’t you try to ask for financial assistance elsewhere, it would take you months. But here in Davao, it will only take you days or even hours. Do you know that he also does not put his name on the projects that he approved? This is because he does not take credit for it since it’s the money of the people and I guess you don’t understand what that means. Do you know how he works? Have you talked with the big business people here? How dare you say that Davao City remained agricultural? Don’t you know that Davao City is both an agricultural and industrial City? This means we have a balanced system. We are not purely an industrial city nor an agricultural area. Think about it, how will we survive without agriculture? Have you thought about that? What will you eat? Cement and Metal perhaps. You will have good imported? Mayor Duterte is one of the best if not the best leaders in this country. Those are still produced by farmers engaged in agriculture. So tell me who is the joke? Tell me who is the fool? I think the joke is on you brother and not on him. By the way, where will you find a politician, Mayor at that who takes time to fall in line whenever he buys something or gets in line with the ordinary passengers instead of using the VIP pass whenever he rides an airplane? He does that. So you see, there are a lot of facts that you don’t know about Mayor Duterte, so don’t go telling everyone that we are fools because you are only talking about yourself.

  5. Ron Camacho was able to capture the essence of Mar Roxas’ reasons for serving in the government sector. He is willing to stand behind his leader and opts to work quietly without overshadowing his boss (not epal).
His continued services under different presidents and dutifully performing each task efficiently shows the kind of worker he is (true public servant).
Working in dangerous locations of disasters dispensing assistance to those gravely affected shows the type of leader he is (sensitive to what people need).
I still have a week to ponder why i have to give 100% of my support to him, because for now i am only 97% of going all out for him.

    • Great multitude of people who are all eager to see and hear Duterte in all his campaign rallies, is a strong indication that the they are already sick and tired of the TRAPO who have been promising heaven and earth just to win in the election. These TRAPOs will always throw anything dirty and ugly to their opponents, destroying their well-being, just to win the election. After that, they will enrich themselves, and even fool the people who put him in the position. Today, they look at Duterte as a savior and incorruptible Leader who will make a big change in the government, and they are already fascinated by Federalism.

It is not easy to change the mindset of an individual especially a Filipino like me but I can only agree that we need to think harder and analyze or research the facts before making your sound judgment about voting the next President. Lots of times we ridicule each other without any merits or proven facts. I also agree that we need change but killing criminals whether proven guilty or not guilty is not an answer I am looking for a Presidential candidates who is also a lawyer. Catering to NPA and BFF who strive for their own independence by killing innocent civilians is also a big “No” for me. Think wisely!!!

Furthermore, he seems “pikon” and he was not at being a good sport considering he keeps on saying it’s his time to talk. Is that the kind of president you would like to have? If he had done a lot, why are the Yolanda victims still suffering? The questions should be, what happened to the TRILLIONS of donations from all over the world. We certainly do not see any BIG improvements so far in Tacloban. Where the victims given good and decent houses as well as roads? Oh, C’mon, don’t be a fool.. if we keep on relying and depending on following the correct processes but you don’t see your brothers and sisters suffering and they’re even in the brink of HUNGER. Would you tell them.. “Wait lang ha, it’s for approval pa ang budget”.. magpa gutom muna kayo.. HELL, NO! YOU SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND ACT ON IT RIGHT AWAY! My God, you can’t let them wait for such a long time..but then again, each of us have their own preferences. I’ll just pray to GOD to give us someone who can make EVERYTHING HAPPEN FOR THE GOOD OF THE PEOPLE AND THE COUNTRY. GOD BLESS US ALL!

For all of you Roxas supporters claiming just because his family done this or that for the country…what happened with noynoy? Why was he not JUST like his mother and father…he seemed more like a TRAPO than a revolutionary like his parents, he has just been a puppet for Drilon and company. As a former LP supporter I have been left very underwhelmed by this last 6 years of empty words, incompetence, finger pointing and a lack of accountability from our highest political office. Any time a president cannot admit mistakes or take ownership of failures in HIS government, the country will never go anywhere. Taking responsibility is the first step in addressing and correcting problems. Brushing them aside or passing the blame does nothing to fix the issue. Im glad change is coming and the people have spoken
