Mark Bautista To Guest in Joanna Ampil’s Love Wins Concert
JOANNA AMPIL – Theater actress and singer Joanna Ampil reacted to the recent revelation of singer-actor Mark Bautista.

During the press conference of his new movie Amnesia Love with actress Yam Concepcion, Paolo expressed that he looks up to Mark as what he did, to reveal his true self, is not easy.
The Kapuso actor-TV host also wanted to come up with a book just like the other celebrities including Bautista. However, he stressed that he no longer needs a ‘tell-all’ kind of book as what he is in the GMA-7 noontime variety show Eat Bulaga is really the real him.
According to him, he might come up with a book about makeup transformation. It is no secret to many people that he really has a hand of an artist when it comes to doing makeup transformations.
Another celebrity that reacted on the revelation of Mark Bautista is theater actress and singer Joanna Ampil.
Based on a recent report in Pep, in an exclusive interview with the source in a restaurant in San Juan, Joanna Ampil admitted that she has already heard rumors about the singer-actor’s gender prior to his revelation.
According to her, when Mark opened up to her, she was not surprised anymore. Meanwhile, the actress-singer stressed that she did not believe the rumors that she heard prior to him admitting his gender.
“Hindi ko naman puwedeng sabihin nay un na yung paniniwalaan ko, kasi hindi naman nanggaling sa actual person,” she said.
Based on the report, Mark Bautista is one of the guests expected at the Valentine concert of Joanna Ampil. The show is entitled ‘Love Wins’.
The singer-actress shared that Mark worried that his revelation might affect the show. On her part, she assured the actor-singer that it does not matter to her and she is happy to share the stage with him.
“Yung mga tao, manonood ‘yan kasi gusto nilang making ng music. Ultimately, that’s what it is,” she said.
Joanna Ampil’s Love Wins concert will be held at the BGC Arts Center in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
