In the fourth match, Royal Family won against Scream Infernus. The Royal Family made it to the Grand Finals.

For the Grand Finals match, the game started at 04:45 (PH Time). This may be served as a rematch, but not on elimination match this time. Brew Crew Esports officially won in the Grand Finals against Royal Family in a score of 3-1.
