Angelina Jolie is reportedly in talks to star in a biographical film about Air Force Major Mary Jennings Hegar, Shoot Like a Girl.
According to a recent report by Entertainment Weekly magazine, the upcoming movie is about the Afghanistan war. The film will showcase the heroism of Mary Jennings Hegar.
The film will focus on the life of Hegar as a rescue pilot who served three tours of duty in Afghanistan and saved the lives of fellow Americans held hostage. She was bestowed with a Purple Heart and a Distinguished Flying Cross.
