This article has the information you are eager to know: how to prevent pimples.

Sometimes, you’ll notice soreness or swelling on your face before a pimple actually appears. If left uncared, it may turn into a big pimple that won’t go away for days or even stays for a week or two, and it will make you suffer. Pimples respond to treatment even before they have surfaced, so by being alert, you can stop that blemish in its track.

Things you will need:

  • Washcloth
  • Cotton balls
  • White vinegar or lemon juice
  • Paper towels or tissues
  • Teabags
  • Milk
  • Powdered brewer’s yeast
  • Bowl
  • Benzoyl-peroxide treatment
  • Non-comedogenic moisturizer

Procedure:

First, soak  the washcloth in warm water, then press it against the unsurfaced pimple for more or less 30 seconds. Then, rinse the washcloth with more warm water, then hold it against the skin again. As we all know, the heat opens our skin pores, enabling us to treat under-skin pimple more easily.

Second, soak the cotton ball in vinegar or lemon juice, moisten the area then blot the affected area with it a few times.

Third, using a clean paper towel or tissue, wrap it with ice cube then press the ice cube gently against the pimple for one or two minutes to reduce inflammation.

Fourth, dip a teabag in hot water for a couple of minutes. After that, remove the teabag and let it slightly cool, then wipe the pimple using it. The tannins that can be found in tea help to ease inflammation. Tea may also draw hidden pimples to the surface of your skin, allowing other treatments to work more effectively. Black tea contains a high amount of tannins but some types of tea works also.

Now, combine 1 teaspoon of powdered brewer’s yeast and ½ teaspoon of milk in a bowl. Mix well. After, apply the paste to the affected part before you go to bed, then rinse it off in the morning. Yeast is known to counter acne-causing bacteria and the lactic acid that can be milk helps inflammation.

Lastly, dab a small amount of benzoyl-peroxide acne medication on the pimple to clear up under-skin pimple quickly. Then, apply noncomedogenic moisturizer after using the treatment to avoid getting dry skin. Tea tree oil works like to benzoyl peroxide but it doesn’t do the job as fast.
