People usually woke up in the morning in a bad mood, but here are some snacks that can give you a quick energy and a better mood.

Most teenagers nowadays were going to sleep very late at night and has a possibility to wake up feeling out of sorts. Moods in the morning can be improved by having an appropriate food for them but first, they need to drink a glass of water.

Here are some kinds of snacks especially sweet foods that can give every individual to have a better mood in the morning, according to nutritionist Rob Hobson.

Snacks

Raw Cacao

The pure form from cocoa is rich in magnesium, which is necessary for the different function in the body. It is also helpful to women with PMS which is linked with moods. Raw cacao contains a substance called phenethylamine (PEA), which is a source of mild mood enhancer.

Eggs

It contains numerous vitamins and minerals that are beneficial to the body. It is also rich in protein and vitamin B, which are involved in converting foods into energy. Starting your day with an egg can surely enhance your mood.

Smoked Salmon

It is an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids, which helps to lessen the effects of stress hormones. Eating oily fish with the variety of other foods in the morning are truly great.

Breakfast cereals is a good source of vitamin D and vitamin B. It is also low in sugar and rich in fiber, which can be considered as one of the healthiest breakfast.
