Huawei Philippines was about to launch its upcoming tablet, the Huawei MatePad T8, in the country. Check out its possible specs, price, and availability below.

Possible Specifications

Based on its physical appearance, the rear part of this tablet has a brand logo on the bottom left and one camera on the left side. For its display, Huawei MatePad T8 has an 8-inch HD display.

In terms of its key features, this tablet has a MediaTek MTK8768 chipset, 2GB of internal memory, up to 32GB of internal storage, and a battery capacity of 5100 mAh.

As per the tablet’s cameras, it has a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera.

Possible Price and Local Availability

As per the report, this tablet will be available in the Philippines on May 21, 2020. More updates about this — including its official specs, price, and its launch date — may be posted soon.

Aside from this, the Huawei Y6p and Huawei Y5p will also launch in the Philippines soon.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump earlier announced that the ban on Huawei Technologies has been extended until May 2021. In this case, Huawei devices won’t have a Google Mobile Service — including the Google Play Store.

With this, Huawei developed Huawei Mobile Services and Huawei AppGallery as an alternative to Google Mobile Services.
