Rodrigo Duterte to Commission on Human Rights and women’s group: “Go to hell!”

Presidential candidate Rodrigo Duterte is hitting the headlines anew after he told the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) and women’s groups to go to hell for filing a complaint against him over his controversial remark.

“Human rights? Idemanda ako? You go to hell! You go to hell! That’s my… Human rights? You go to hell!” the Davao City Mayor told in a rally which drawn cheers from the crowd.

The PDP-Laban standard-bearer stressed that he will not respond to the subpoena issued by the women’s group and the CHR.

Based upon the report published by ABS-CBN News, the 70-year-old presidential candidate said that none could question him particularly his actions for he is solely “exercising his constitutional right of freedom of expression.”

“You know, this is a democracy. There is a Constitution. Ang pinaka-importante, cardinal rights… freedom of expression!” the 70-year-old presidential surveys front-runner said.

Duterte was quoted saying that, “It is a sacred right. Nobody can question my mouth!”

Duterte also slammed during his speech the U.S. and Australian ambassadors and to told them to stop as the controversy is only concerned with the local politics.

In response to the challenge of Vice President Jejomar Binay that all presidentiables must undergo psychological test. He cautioned that as such might expose what he really is according to him- “a thief.”

Along with his running mate, Alan Peter Cayetano, Duterte said that he tried his best not to speak rude things about Mar Roxas in front of Aklanons of Kalibo considering that it is his neighboring province.

However, he was prodded to say that Binay is like Mar Roxas, “a thief” as the crowd howled.
