Vice Presidential Poll: Chiz Escudero Tops Bilang Pilipino-SWS Mobile Survey

Bilang Pilipino-SWS Mobile Survey has been released and topping on the list is Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero who scored 31%.

Conducted last March 31, 2016, the survey was administered among 1,200 registered voters, 300 each from Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao and Metro Manila.

Landed on the second spot is Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos who scored 26% while Camarines Sur Rep. Leni Robredo got the 3rd spot with 25%.

Senator Alan Peter Cayetano was placed on the 4th spot with 13% followed by Senator Antonio Trillanes IV with 3 percent and landed on the last spot is Senator Gregorio “Gringo” Honasan II with 1 percent.

Senator Chiz Escudero dominated on the vice presidential poll in Luzon with 38% while Senator Bongbong Marcos led with 32% in Metro Manila. On the other hand, Congresswoman Leni Robredo ruled with 38% and 24% respectively in Visayas and Mindanao.

Meanwhile, in an article published by Philstar.com, Marcos was hailed as least liked to win the vice presidential race after scoring 22% when the respondents were asked “Whom among the candidates for vice president of the Philippines you most not like to win?”

“The sample was drawn using standard SWS sampling procedures, and was first interviewed face-to-face on March 8-11, 2016 to become the panel for the mobile survey,” the SWS report stated.

“These voters were invited, and had then agreed, to be members of a panel of respondents to receive and reply to a few survey questions each day using mobile phones provided to them for free by Starmobile,” it further added.
