Fil-Am Apl De Ap of ‘Black Eyed Peas’ wrote a lengthy heartfelt message for his adoptive father Joe Ben Hudgens who recently passed away.

Apl de ap or Allan Pineda Lindo is a Filipino-American who is a member of internationally renowned hip-hop group called ‘The Black Eyed Peas’.

He was born in the Philippines but was able to go the US through his adoptive father Joe Ben Hudgens who just recently passed away.

Due to the grief he felt for the loss that he had, Apl expressed his emotion through a lengthy message intended to the man who took care of him.

On his recent Instagram post, the Fil-Am rapper enumerated the good trait of his late father from the time he first set his foot on the foreign land.

Apl de ap was also expressive of his gratitude to the man who he considered as his father since the time he was adopted.

“You are truly brave. I admire your courage on taking the task of caring of a total stranger,” the international star said on his message.

He also apologized for the times that he caused problems to Hudgens, especially when he was in the stage of a growing up teenager.

On the other hand, he said that he turned out ok and that he hopes that he has made his father proud of him.

A major part of what happened to the life of the Fil-Am international star was due to the effort of his adoptive father.

“If it wasn’t for his kind heart to adopt a blind kid from the jungle, I would never be here. I would never have met Will I Am. There would be no ‘Black Eyed Peas’,” Apl de ap said on his caption.

Based on what he wrote, the rapper proved to the whole world that his father was a man with a kind heart.
