This incredible World Record was achieve by the members of Australian All Star Cheering Federation. It was held last September 3, 2014 in Beijing China. This highest basket Toss involves 4 bases tossing a flyer to a height of 5.50 meters or 18 feet. The base throwers were Kenny La, Derrick Turner, Blake Jahnke and Carlos Condack. They tossed Natasha Tullipan.

He is 37 years old, law graduate.

In his new record, he completed 19 full reps from a bar using his two middle finger. Sounds incredible right? Check this out!

According to Guinness, Six pull ups were disqualified from the final count because they breached the guidelines. He have been practicing this for 5 years and that’s insane! What do you think? He also set the record of 23 for the most rear pull ups in one minute last May 2015.

It is Kelvin Medina from the Philippines! He holds the record of 23.62 seconds.
