This group sang a rendition of the song entitled “Pasumpa-sumpa ka pa” that originally song by Basilio. They dedicated the song for Senator Leila De Lima to express their opinion to the senator.
The lyrics of the song is all pointing De Lima regarding the issues and controversies she is facing right now. Recently the senator was involved in the alleged illegal drug proliferation inside and outside the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) as one of the convicts stated De Lima is involved in the illegal activities happened at the national penitentiary.
Also, Leila is involved in some questionable bank deposit slips that were allegedly distributed to her alleged driver’s relatives and some of her former staffs. The lyrics of the song also talked about the opposition of the senator against EJK incidents happening since Duterte take over the position of being the new president.
