A 21-month-old toddler, Ayeeshia Jane Smith, was found lifeless in their family home in Burton-upon-Trent in Staffordshire.

Days later, Ayeeshia’s mother, Kathryn Smith, was proven guilty of leading her daughter’s life to its end for the purpose of buying something illegal for her personal satisfaction as revealed by a friend.

Sentenced of tragically taking her daughter’s life. 23-year-old Kathryn Smith is bound to face the consequence of what she has done.

Being deemed as a “brat”, Kathryn would often ignore her toddler’s cries as shared by a friend to the Sunday People. Ever since she didn’t showed concern towards her child and her emotions.

The case was delivered at Birmingham Crown Court wherein it ended up proving the 23-year-old mother guilty.

Kathryn’s former partner, Matthew Rigby, was proven guilty of allowing things to happen. On the other side, the 22-year-old lad was cleared of taking the toddler’s life.

Crying and pleading her mommy and daddy to stop was also heard before the climax of the incident happened.

Several lies were thrown by Kathryn in the court as said by the friend. She even divulged the mother’s act of pretending to be a good and loving mom during the court trial.

She affirmed that it very far different from what actually true. She told the paper, “The house was clean and tidy, so if the authorities came around it looked like a nice home”.

Further, she insisted that Ayeeshia’s mother wasn’t a loving parent towards the little girl. An inconvenience was how she really treated her daughter.

She shared that there was even a time when Kathryn offered her daughter to her in exchange for some cash which she will used to buy w33ds.
