Cebu LTO Employee Brings Happiness To People In The Line Waiting
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has received many complaints regarding different issues including the releasing of license plates, but still, a Cebu LTO employee got praised.
Other problems faced by the LTO which citizens have complained are about the late releasing of plates, driver’s license cards, the “no registration, no travel policy,” and the issuing of “virtual plates” not the actual plates. Also, the long-time problem about fixers and the alleged corruption in the said government office.
That’s the reason why it is very rare for the agency to receive praises from people online and even offline.
But, this LTO employee from Cebu just did something that is really different from what many see in the agency. A Facebook user in the name of Moses Abraham Pasco recently sent a photo of the LTO employee to Top Gear Philippines.

Pasco said in the post, the employee from the LTO Regional office in Cebu worked early and just addressing the concerns of the applicants immediately.
“I’m at LTO Cebu and I’ve been observing this employee for an hour now. He opened his desk ahead of time, and he is gladly addressing the concerns of license applicants. And despite the heat, he still smiles and works really fast,” Pasco wrote.
According to Pasco, the unnamed LTO employee is said to be joking just to lighten the mood of the people waiting for their license.
“At one point, when a female applicant’s last name was Robredo, he playfully greeted her, ‘Good morning, Madam Vice President’, eliciting a good laugh from those near his desk, he added.
Pasco said that it is worthwhile waiting in the line as long as they can see someone like that LTO employee doing his task well.
The photo now has more than 7,700 shares and has 79,000 reactions as of writing.
