Senator and vice presidential frontrunner Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. belittled Kris Aquino’s endorsement of his rival Camarines Sur Representative Leni Robredo, saying that the support of Queen of All Media will not really affect his candidacy.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News, asked if Kris Aquino’s endorsement of Robredo will affect his campaign, Senator Bongbong Marcos replied: “Not really.”
Bongbong Marcos also added that the endorsement came no surprise as it the actress is expected to follow the bets of President Ninoy Aquino who is campaigning for the Liberal Party.
In a chance interview with the reporters and Philstar, Leni Robredo said that she was surprised by the endorsement of Kris Aquino, who paid for the production of her political advertisements seen on television.
“I did not expect it. Kris Aquino is the number one endorser in the Philippines and then she helped me not just by waiving her talent fee but by funding the entire production of the ad,” she said.
Bongbong Marcos is running with senator and author of best-selling book “Stupid Is Forever” Miriam Defensor-Santiago, while Leni Robredo’s runningmate is former DILG secretary Mar Roxas.
