Law Enforcers Released Drug Queen Of The South
Lovely Adam Impal, dubbed the “Drug Queen of the South”, was freed by law enforcers and no longer detained in Camp Crame.
On Friday (December 16, 2016), the Philippine National Police-Anti-Illegal Drugs Group said that Impal has been already released by the police. Impal was dubbed as the “drug queen of the south” and suspected as top narcotics supplier, which was linked to the self-confessed drug lord Kerwin Espinosa.
The drug queen was already released from Camp Crame, according to Senior Superintendent Albert Ignatius D. Ferro, PNP-AIDG chief.
“Wala na po siya dito. Alam namin she is with her family…Unfortunately wala po kasi siyang warrant of arrest. Wala po siyang any case filed against her so wala tayong authority or legal basis para siya ay i-detain,” said by Ferro quoted by ABS-CBN.
The police chief also said the Impal declined for an interview. Earlier this month, Lovely surrendered to PNP chief Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa after Espinosa points her as the drug supplier to the Visayan drug lord Jeffrey “Jaguar” Diaz.
In the latest inquiry in Senate, Espinosa stated that Jaguar told him that Lovely Impal, is her drug supplier when they are in BBRC. Espinosa previously testified against Senator Leila De Lima.
There are also some personalities linked to Impal including Jerome Estrada, Charlie Parba, Ryan Tumulak, Enrico Caca, Eugene Alegre, Dodong Velendres, Crisostomo Llagonos (Tata Negro), Carlos Dy, and an alias Ricking.
Lovely owns properties in Iligan City but she is native from Cagayan De Oro. She is facing several drug cases before the Regional Trial Court 58 in Cebu, according to Espinosa.
