Self-proclaimed motivational speaker Rendon Labador has once again directed his sharp words towards two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo. In a recent Facebook post, Labador criticized Yulo, saying, “Maliit ka na nga mayabang ka pa 🤦♂️ Dapat humble lang bro. Si Rendon Labador nga nag bago na, ikaw pa kaya? 🤦♂️ Habang hindi pa huli ang lahat bro. Payong kuya lang ito.”
Labador reposted a statement from a Facebook page that advised Yulo to reflect on his personal life, particularly his relationships. The post read: “MAY ORAS KA PA PARA IWANAN ANG BABAENG SISIRA SA BUHAY MO…” hinting at personal issues Yulo may be facing.
In a lengthy message, Labador expressed empathy for Yulo, saying he had also faced challenges when no one supported him. “Naramdaman ko din yan bro, yung walang tao na gusto sumuporta sayo. INIWAN KO DIN ang pamilya ko katulad mo.” He went on to say that he had since changed his life and corrected his mistakes.
Labador didn’t stop there, offering harsh advice to Yulo: “Balewala ang mga medalya mo kung wala ka namang pamilya. Itapon mo na lang yan kasi hindi bagay sa ugali mo.” He urged Yulo to mend his relationship with his family, particularly his mother. “May oras ka pa para iwanan ang babaeng sisira sa buhay mo at bumalik sa babaeng nag bigay ng buhay sayo… ang nanay mo.”
In a blunt conclusion, Labador added, “Ayaw ko sana sabihin to, pero tingin kong deserve mo.. Huwag kang t*nga.” He emphasized that his words were meant as advice from an older brother figure, urging Yulo to change while there’s still time.
