Trillanes reposted the viral X (formerly Twitter) post that read, “Very presidential. She has what it takes to lead the Nation.” He added a brief but clear response: “Pwede!”—a Filipino expression meaning “It’s possible” or “She can.”
The former senator has long been a vocal supporter of Hontiveros, frequently praising her leadership style and firm stance on key national issues. He particularly lauded her performance in Senate hearings involving the controversial operations of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs) and the investigation of former Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo.

“I’m not saying no. I’m open to all possibilities,” Hontiveros said.
