The viral footage, reportedly captured at Rockwell Mall, shows Guanzon raising her voice dramatically during an altercation, the precise cause of which remains unclear.
In the video, Guanzon is seen engaging with a woman who appears to be speaking to her calmly. However, Guanzon’s voice is distinctly loud, and she is heard allegedly directing profanities toward a man accompanying the woman.
