Derrick Monasterio shared his response regarding the question if he is gay or not
Kapuso actor Derrick Monasterio shares deeper side of him and what he is like when he is not in front of the camera.
One of the questions he answered was about some people’s inquiry regarding his sexuality.
Based on the article published in Inquirer, Derrick revealed that there are really people who are asking if he is gay or straight.
According to the Kapuso star, he is okay if people ask him about it because he is confident and secure about this sexuality.
Aside from that side of him, he was also asked what type of girl he usually go for. Derrick Monasterio answered that he likes a girl who is funny, confident and family-oriented.
When it comes to true love, the young actor believes that it exists.
“I know that one day, there will be someone for me, who’ll be ready to spend the rest of her life with me,” Derrick said.
Regarding his career in the Philippine showbiz industry, he was asked if what his dream role is. Doing action scenes, playing a psychopath or a disabled person are top on his list.
He looks up to Hollywood actor Leonardo Di Caprio as his favorite actor for his versatility and ‘Titanic’ is his favorite film.
Speaking of favorites, Derrick shared that his favorite food is fried chicken and his favorite activities during his free time are playing video games and basketball.
When asked what could be his career now if he is not in show business, the 22-year-old Kapuso actor said that he could be a choirboy now or a basketball player.
