She and husband Kapuso host Drew Arellano already had their first son who they named Antonio Primo. Now, the couple awaits the addition to their little family.
On the recent Instagram post of Iya, she showed off her baby bump wearing a two-piece bikini. Unlike other celebrity expectant moms who wear bikini to better show their baby bump, Iya did a stunt.
The Kapuso host did a handstand that is an evident display of her athletic side.
