PRC held the examinations on October 23 and 24, 2019, at testing centers in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. Westly R. Rosario, Chairman of the PRC Board of Fisheries and its member, Catalino R. Dela Cruz administered the examination.
