Aside from Manny Pacquiao fellow congressman from the South, Negros Occidental Rep. Julio Ledesma IV ranked as the second richest congressman with a net worth of P1,004,951,837.92 for 2015. During the year 2014, Rep. Julio Ledesma IV ranked as the fifth richest congressmn with with P822.275 million net worth.
The third-richest congressman in the House of Representative is House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte who had a 2015 net worth of P941,648,636.42, higher than his 2014 net worth of P921.559 million.
