When the time he came back to get it, his phone was not there already.

He immediately reported the incident to the bar owners and the CCTV footage was reviewed.

The CCTV camera revealed that the audioman wearing a black t-shirt who was identified as Randy Sumugat found the phone of the Stephen Speaks’ singer.

On the other hand, reportedly, he did not bring the matter to the authorities. Instead, he stacked other things on top of the table and slipped the phone into his pocket.

When Ripperger was busy signing for autographs, Sumugat took his time fixing the audio cables and before he went out of the venue with the phone of the band vocalist.

Sumugat returned the phone of the American singer and apologized for the incident.

The Stephen Speaks’ singer said that he was worried that he almost lost his phone because most of his new works were stored there.

The song he intended as a tribute for all the soldiers who fought in Marawi was also stored in his phone.

Ripperger decided not to press any charges against the person who took his phone and said that what happened was just an isolated case and he does not take it against all the people of Bacolod City, based on the article.
