Abuse Allegations Filed Against Michelle Dee, Rhian Ramos, and Samantha Panlilio

Serious allegations have been filed against beauty queen-actress Michelle Dee, Kapuso star Rhian Ramos, and Samantha Panlilio after a male driver known by the alias “Totoy” accused them of physical and psychological abuse. The complaint was formally submitted to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), prompting authorities to begin an investigation into the claims.

According to Totoy, who previously served as the personal driver of Rhian Ramos, the alleged incident took place in the early hours of January 17 at a residential building in Makati City. In his sworn statement, Totoy claimed that he and Ramos had just returned from a taping and arrived at the unit located on the 39th floor at around 3:00 a.m. It was there, he alleged, that he was suddenly grabbed and beaten by the actress and her bodyguards.

Totoy further stated that despite his pleas for mercy, the alleged assault continued. He described experiencing extreme fear and trauma following the incident. The following day, January 18, Totoy said he reached a breaking point and attempted to take his own life by jumping from the 39th floor of the building. The attempt, however, was unsuccessful after he reportedly became entangled in a cable and fell to the 25th floor instead.

After the fall, Totoy claimed he went to the building’s lobby to seek help. He alleged that bodyguards followed him, blocked his attempt to escape, and forcibly brought him back to the unit on the 39th floor. Upon returning, Totoy accused Michelle Dee and Samantha Panlilio of joining in the alleged abuse.

In his account, Totoy said he was stripped of his clothes, doused with rubbing alcohol, sprayed on his body and eyes, and forced to endure acts he described as deeply humiliating and painful. He also alleged that the bodyguards continued to beat him and that he was forced to drink his own urine. To support his claims, Totoy later showed members of the media bruises and wounds that he said were sustained during the incident.

Authorities have emphasized that these claims remain allegations and are still subject to verification. The individuals named in the complaint have not been convicted of any wrongdoing, and no final court ruling has been issued. The NBI’s investigation will determine whether formal charges will be pursued, reminding the public of the importance of due process and presumption of innocence.
