Actress-turned-politician Alma Moreno became emotional as former husband Joey Marquez gave message for her 57th birthday.
Alma Moreno appeared on “It’s Showtime” segment “Trabahula” along with Joey Marquez.
In the segment, her ex-husband was prodded to give his message after being told by co-host Billy Crawford. She turns 57 today, May 25, 2016.
“Ness, nakaka-miss ‘yung birthday mo palagi tayong magkasama; ngayon, bihira tayong magkasama. Pero ang dasal ko talaga, sana ay manatili ka pa ding Alma Moreno sa mga tao, sa iyong sipag, sa iyong bait, sa iyong pagmamahal. Nagkamali ako eh, ako nagkamali. Sabi ko nga ‘yung pagkakamali ko ay pagpasensiyahan mo na. Ness, I’m sorry,” Joey Marquez said.
“Ngayon ko lang siyang narinig ng ganyan, tagal na naming hindi nagkita, ngayon nagkita kami ulit at excited ang mga anak ko. Sana nanggaling sa puso mo ‘yan,” Alma Moreno said in response to Joey Marquez’s message.
“Actually ang mga anak ko excited — si Yeoj, VJ, sila MM, si Wyn-Wyn — excited sila kasi matagal na kaming hindi nagkikita ng daddy nila. Masaya (ako) kasi best friend na kami ngayon,” she continued.
