Arnel Pineda, a band vocalist of Journey, gave an update about filming his life story. He said that he thinks for a title that suits for his biopic.
“As of now, hindi pa tapos we’re still in the process of interview and shoot with John M Chiu and the scriptwriter who made the movie Joker si Scott Silver,” Arnel Pineda said. “Ayun, iniinterview na nila ako, pero medyo pa kami kailangan gawin, para mas detailed kasi medyo matagal na din, so gusto nila detailed talaga.”
He even shared his producer’s plans on making his biopic as detailed and realistic as possible.
“Ang gagawin kasi nila is from yung start na bago ako maging member ng Journey band, simula nung may sakit ang nanay ko, pinapaalis kami sa apartment, namatay ang mother ko, nagkahiwa-hiwalay kami, hanggang sa naapasali ako sa Journey,” he added.

When asked about the title of his biopic, he answered, “Wala pa pero parang maganda siyang gawin na ‘Crazy Little Asian’ (laughs) kasi ‘yung una ‘Crazy Rich Asian’ dahil hindi naman ako rich, little Asian na lang, pwede di ba?“
At present, he was busy in preparing for their concert tour with the Journey band that will start this December. He was also preparing for his Valentine’s Day concert in the Philippines together with Yeng Constantino.
