BTS member, V, has an important announcement today August 8, 2023, a day after Suga announced his military enlistment.
Yesterday, the BTS Army fans were saddened after Big Hit Music announced that BTS member Suga’s enlistment postponement has been canceled, and he is now undergoing the process of entering the military.
This announcement became the headlines in websites, televisions, and different social media flat forms yesterday. President Moon Jae-in temporarily canceled Suga’s enlistment after he receive the Order of Cultural Merit in 2018.
Today, another BTS member, V (Kim Taehyung) in real life, made an important announcement that he will be releasing a solo album titled “Layover,” according to Big Hit Music. The album is scheduled for release on September 8, as indicated in the post. BTS V will be the last of the seven-member group to officially debut as a soloist.
V’s journey began when he accompanied a friend to audition at Big Hit Entertainment. Initially, he was there to provide support, but an executive noticed him and encouraged him to audition. Since V had no plans of auditioning, he had to seek permission from his parents. He successfully passed the audition and became an official trainee.
In 2013, V officially debuted with BTS and quickly rose to become one of the most popular and beloved artists of his generation. In addition to his musical endeavors, V also ventured into acting. He made his acting debut in late 2016 in the historical drama “Hwarang.”
In 2017, V was recognized as the most handsome face of the year by TC Candler.
V is 25 years old and set to enlist in military by 2025.
