Jon Avila started his showbiz career when he entered the ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ house in its Celebrity Edition Season 2.
Born as Jonathan Mullaly, the Filipino-British was known not just an actor but also as a model.
He had a big break in the industry when he was given the role as ‘Kapitan Boom’. Jon was also included in some Kapamilya shows such as ‘Maging Sino Ka Man: Ang Pagbabalik’, ‘I Dare You’, and ‘Impostor’.
His career started in 2007 and he went inactive in showbiz in the year 2011.
Jon was romantically linked to beauty queen Maggie Wilson and comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto who are both married now.
He also got closed to one of the ‘PBB’ hosts Mariel Padilla, based on the report of ABS CBN Entertainment.
Currently, the Fil-Brit actor/model is engaged with his long-time girlfriend Heidi Riego who is also a commercial model.
They got engaged in the City of Love, Paris, France.
In 2011, the former Kapamilya star admitted that he was already dating the woman who is now going to be his wife, said in the report.
