The celebrity of the hour, Sarah Geronimo, talked about her emotional breakdown in Las Vegas during her ‘This 15 Me’ concert in Chicago.
Many of her fans were shocked as she cried on stage while talking about the emptiness she felt despite of the fact that she is one of the most in demand singers in the country nowadays.
However, in Chicago, the popular singer who was a product of a singing contest, offered a lighter mood to her audience.
“Last time po naging emotional ako kasi nag-panic po ako. Walang tulog tapos parang nawawala yung boses ko,” Sarah said to her fans in Chicago, based on the article published in ABS-CBN.
She added that she remembered her journey to stardom, all the difficulties that came along with it and her battles in life.
Sarah Geronimo also shared that she was not prepared to the pressure that came along with her popularity. She felt pressured to be relevant.

“Ano ba next na movie ko? Next na song ko? Ano ba ang next na pasabog? Ano ba ang susuotin ko? Ano bang make-up ko? Parang kailangan na lang laging pag-isipan ng mabuti ang lahat. Parang kailangan lagi kang maganda, lagi kang naka-make up,” the 29-year-old singer said.
On the other hand, she was fast to clarify that unlike her Las Vegas concert, her show in Chicago will involve no emotional breakdown.

She even joked that she does not want to be emotional again because of the bashing and the controversy.
“Pero wala pong iyakan ngayon, bawal. Nanu-news tayo e. Naba-bash tayo masyado. ‘Wag nang ganun,” she jokingly said.
She also said that she people are wrong to say that she was just acting during her emotional breakdown.
“Binigay na nga sakin ito, nag-iinarte pa ako? Aba mawawala din ‘to so habang mayroon, go lang di ba? Ipon tayo,” she said while smiling, based on the source.
