Lucy Torres did this during her first meal with Richard Gomez
Actress-politician Lucy Torres revealed what she did during the first meal she had with husband actor-politician Richard Gomez.
The love story of Richard and Lucy is one of the most beautiful stories of celebrity couples.
The Leyte 4th District Representative, since time immemorial, admitted that her husband is her ultimate crush. She previously revealed that she started falling in love with Richard when she was just 12 years old.
They first met when Lucy was 18 for a shampoo commercial. The actress did not know initially that her leading man will be the man of her life.
And so her first meeting with Richard was so memorable that she even shared about this on her Instagram post for Valentine’s Day.
According to Lucy Torres, she had her first meal with Richard Gomez during the lunch break of their first shooting day for their TV commercial.
She shared that she is not fond of eating vegetable back then but she finished everything on her plate except the carrots.
Then Richard told her, “You don’t like carrots? Try them, they’re good for the body.”
Because of this, the actress-politician ate every last bit or the more appropriate term is swallowed everything without tasting.

“I needed to do that anyway because, frankly, I couldn’t breathe. I’ve loved you since I was 12, after all, and finally you were beside me,” Lucy shared.
For her, sitting beside the man who made her fall in love at a young age was a dream come true.
She also recalled a dreamy sight earlier that day back in 1993.
Here is the post of Lucy Torres.

1993. The first time we sat down to a meal —- lunch break during the first shooting day of the first storyboard of our first TVC together. I did not particularly like vegetables back then and you noticed I had eaten everything else on my plate but the carrots. ‘You don’t like carrots? Try them, they’re good for the body.’ I ate every last bit, not really tasting them, just getting them down. I needed to do that anyway because, frankly, I couldn’t breathe. I’ve loved you since I was 12, after all, and finally you were beside me. Real. Asking me to eat my vegetables. Plus earlier that day, on set indoors and under the light of the sun, your eyes were so beautiful, piercing. And I’d sometimes catch you staring at me, a little too long, a little too hard. Everything was a blur but you. Happy Valentine’s Day, my love. And cheers to many more meals we shall share together.♥️ @richardgomezinstagram
