ABS-CBN Executive Deo Endrinal revealed the reason why Kapamilya actress Beauty Gonzalez decided not to transfer to GMA.
Beauty started her showbiz career through Pinoy Big Brother. After that stint, she was given opportunities to do TV series and movies under the Kapamilya network.
However, early this year, rumors surfaced that she is transferring to the rival network, GMA 7.
Apparently, that was not just a rumor because Deo Endrinal revealed that the actress was really about to be a Kapuso when something came up.
Based on the report from PEP, as ABS-CBN was completing the cast members of Kadenang Ginto, Direk Laurenti Dyogi told Deo, “Kunin mo na si Beauty for Kadena.”

“Tapos sabi ko, ‘O, sige.’ Mi-neet namin siya. And then we were trying to persuade her na… because she was gonna move to another network at that time,” the TV executive revealed.
So, Deo followed the advice from Direk Laurenti and Beauty somehow felt embarrassed that this incident happened.
“I was just a friendly neighbor,” she reasoned out. The actress is thankful to Deo for being her “fairy godmother” at that time.
“Thank you, ABS-CBN because I’m happy to be here and I don’t wanna leave anymore. I was just being a friendly neighbor. Nakikain lang ako ng litson tapos bumalik din ako,” Beauty Gonzalez jokingly said.
For the actress, staying in ABS-CBN was the right choice she made with regards to her showbiz career, based on the report.
“And I’m glad they didn’t let me go and now, I’m gonna chain myself to them. Ikakadena ko na ang sarili ko sa ABS-CBN,” she said.
