“At the end of the day, no matter how big the problem would be, ‘pag Kapamilya, sana mag-ayos someday,” Aiko Melendez said as this was her wish for the Barretto clan.

“May ibang klaseng relationship na meron ako sa bawat isa eh. So wala akong bad na masasabi about Gretchen, bad about Marjorie, or Claudine kasi iba naman ‘yung relationship ko sa kanila. And I am not in the position to say anything kasi hindi ko naman talaga alam kung ano ang pinag-awayan nila,” Aiko said when she was asked during the press conference for the new film Damaso.
Melendez said that Ruffa Gutierrez became her “kumare” after Melendez’s involvement in a film fest scandal with Ruffa that rocked the showbiz in 1994. “Tsaka okay na kami ni Ruffa. Kumare ko si Ruffa. That’s why sabi ko nga at the end of the day, sana lahat nung involved magkaayos-ayos,” she added.
