Remember former child star Agatha Tapan? Here’s her life now.
After leaving the Philippine entertainment industry, this is the life now of former child star Agatha Tapan.
She was part of the long-running soap opera during the 90s, Mara Clara which top-billed Judy Ann Santos and Gladys Reyes. Agatha played the supporting role of Denise in the said hit TV series.
During that time, the series, as well as the stars, became a household name. That was the era when people avidly watched every episode as they got carried away with the dramatic scenes and shocking twists in the story. Luckily, Agatha became a part of that success in the history of Philippine television.
Aside from Mara Clara, the former child star also did several projects such as Trudis Liit (1996), Kahit Minsan Lang (1997), and Maginoong Barumbado (1996). However, just like many child stars, Agatha Tapan took a break also from show business for various reasons.
Based on the article from the Philippine Entertainment Portal, the former child star left the industry to pursue her studies. In her Facebook profile, it was said that she graduated with a degree in AB Communication at the De La Salle University-Dasmarinas.
She also worked as a Business Development Analyst in ANC back in 2010. After leaving the entertainment industry, she also focused on her family life. It was said that in 2015, she got married to her husband Romel Galiza. Basing on her FB photos, she now has a baby.
The social media profile of Agatha Tapan also stated that she is now a Financial Wealth Planner at FWD Life Philippines.
