Rosa Del Rosario
She was tagged as the “Queen of Philippine Movies” during her time and from 1951 to 1952, she is the one who gave life to the iconic character. The first-ever film of the Pinay heroine was produced Fernando Poe, Sr. and Mars Ravelo produced it.

The story of “Darna At Ang Babaeng Tuod” in 1965 is said to be different from the original story of Mars Ravelo.
