Anne Curtis Calls Out GMA-7 Over Role Given To Sister Jasmine Curtis
ANNE CURTIS – Kapamilya actress-television host Anne Curtis posted a message for GMA-7 over her younger sister, Jasmine Curtis.
Among the celebrity siblings who are working on rival networks are actresses Anne Curtis and Jasmine Curtis. The former is with the ABS-CBN while the latter has joined GMA-7.
Meanwhile, despite the differences in terms of television networks they are with, the deep support between the actress sisters on each other’s projects is really visible.
Recently, through her Twitter account, Anne Curtis posted a short message for GMA-7 over the role given to her sister, Jasmine Curtis.
Jasmine Curtis was given a short stint on the Kapuso primetime TV series “Sahaya”. Speaking to Pep, the actress admitted that there were hesitations with regards to how the audience will accept her role.
“Baka sabihin ng tao, matanda na agad yung role ko kasi mother role na, o kaya di naman ako bagay doon, di ako mukhang Badjao,” the actress admitted.
Meanwhile, everything turned out well and many were impressed by the acting of Jasmine. Even her sister, Anne, gave her remarks regarding the role given to her younger sister.
Based on the report, in her Tweet, Anne Curtis called out GMA-7 to give her sister more roles like it. She also told Jasmine Curtis that she is really brilliant.
“Hi, GMA [Heart Emoji] More roles like this for my amazing actress of a Sestra. [Laughing and kiss emojis] Love you! Napakahusay mo talaga,” Anne reportedly posted.
To this, Jasmine Curtis was shocked. According to her, they don’t have a family group chat where they inform each other about their projects. She said that her sister is really happy.
“When she goes out of her way to retweet that or say something else, ibig sabihin, talagang gusto niya. Bihira lang naman may lumabasa na tweet diyan na hindi K-pop or K-drama,” the Kapuso actress said.
Based on the report, following her short stint on Sahaya, Jasmine Curtis is now busy promoting her horror movie, Maledicto. It will be out in theaters on May 1, 2019.
