Movie and TV director Antoinette Jadaone finally speaks up regarding the alleged conflict she had with Nadine Lustre and James Reid.
The said issue started when Jadaone’s fellow filmmaker Cathy Garcia-Molina cited her, along with Dan Villegas, as she talked about on her Twitter post the supposed work ethic of JaDine coming from the words of her colleagues.
With regards to this, the director of JaDine’s latest movie ‘Never Not Love You’ breaks her silence.

She also elaborated what she did after knowing that there had been speculations of conflict between them.
“Ang ginawa ko nung lumabas ‘yun, kinausap ko agad si Nadine. ‘Yun ang first instinct ko. Actually nasa soap nga ako noon, nagdi-direct ako noon. Hindi ako makapag-direct. Hala kailangan ko makausap si bakla. So tinext ko siya, ‘Te, may ginagawa ka ba? Tawagan kita.’ Sabi niya, ‘Ay direk, nasa shoot ako.’ Minessage ko siya after,” the director said during an interview last Wednesday.
She added that she did that because she does not want her judgment to be clouded by other people’s opinion.
“Dapat kasi ganun. Kasi kapag mauunahan ka ng sinasabi ng iba, baka may tendency na yun ang papakinggan mo.” Jadaone stated.
Behind what happened, according to the director, the most important thing is that both parties remained in good terms.
When it comes to her latest project with Nadine and James, Antoinette Jadaone only has good words for them.
“Sobrang natuwa ako sa ‘Never Not Love You.’ Nung dubbing na kami at nagbabatuhan na kami ng ideas, nung pinpanood ko ‘yung edit, mine-message ko sila na natuwa ako na ang galing nila sa movie,” she said, based on the article.
