ELMO MAGALONA – Young Kapamilya actor Elmo Magalona chooses to remain silent on rumored issues with Janella Salvador’s actress-singer mother Jenine Desiderio.
One of the prominent love teams in the Philippine showbiz industry now is the ‘ElNella’ – the on-screen tandem of young Kapamilya actor Elmo Magalona and actress Jenine Desiderio.
Elmo is the son of the late rapper Francis Magalona with wife Pia Magalona while Janella is the daughter of actress-singer Jenine Desiderio with 80s band lead singer Juan Miguel Salvador.
Elmo Magalona and Janella Salvador have worked together in several projects including the television series Born For You and the recent movie My Fairy Tale Love Story.
Just like the other celebrities, there are also issues surrounding the loveteam of the two young stars.
One of the issues is the rumor that the young actor is not in good terms with his loveteam partner’s mother Jenine Desiderio.
Based on a report, on her social media account, the actress-singer has previously posted intriguing statements about a ‘gatecrasher’. Lots of netizens speculated that she is referring to her daughter’s loveteam partner.
Both Elmo Magalona and Janella Salvador put down the allegations that her mother is referring to the young actor.
Based on a recent report in Philippines’ Ultimate Showbiz Hub (PUSH), the young actor recently revealed his side about the rumored issues.
According to him, he really does not want to say anything about it. He stressed that he is focusing on his blessings now and he does not want to think of negative things.
Based on the report, Elmo Magalona is set to star another project together with Kiko Estrada and Jerome Ponce. The upcoming movie is entitled Walwal and it talks about friendship.
The young actor admitted that he also wanted Janella Salvador to be part of the movie but the film is not focusing on love. It will be directed by director Joey Reyes.
Elmo Magalona is grateful and in disbelief that from one project, he is now moving to another project.
