“So I decided to create a contract for my helpers at home to show their job description and their rights as an employee,” she wrote on her IG story with the photo of the contract.

“This will help them feel secure and proud to keep a job and protect both parties. And in return of course they do a job well done,” she added.

Isabelle Daza also shared the things that she will provide for her employees. This is aside from the benefits like contribution to the Social Security System (SSS), Philhealth, and Pag-ibig.
