Joross Gamboa shared what he and John Lloyd Cruz talked about during the last conversation they had.
Kapamilya actor Joross Gamboa, as a close friend of controversial A-list actor John Lloyd Cruz, cannot escape being asked about the latter.
Since JLC took a hiatus from show business, which shocked many of his fans, Joross was asked his opinion about this and what are the things he knew.
On the last conversation they had, the ‘La Luna Sangre’ actor said that Lloydie had already mentioned to him that he will retire this year.

“Plano na talaga niya mag-retire this year. Magpa-farm nga siya. Totoo naman, marami akong taong kilalang ganyan,” he revealed.
Joross Gamboa added that he was not surprised that Lloydie suddenly was out of the limelight because they had been talking about it before.
He also mentioned that JLC plans to just produce shows or movies instead of appearing in it.
“Plano niya siguro, baka produce produce siya ng pelikula, at least hawak niya… Yun ang napag-usapan namin kaya hindi ako nagulat. He needed that break,” the former Star Circle Quest member said.
When asked about the relationship of John Lloyd with Ellen Adarna, Joross said that he does not interfere in the personal life of his friend no matter how close they are.
He also said that he does not mind if the controversial couple will tie the knot soon, based on the article.
“Sa akin, approve ako kahit sino dahil siya ang papakasalan, hindi ako. So wala akong pakialam. Although kahit sabihin mo na tropa ko yung iba, tropa ko si Angelica [Panganiban]. Pero desisyon niya yun, e. Nandun ako sa kanilang dalawa, pero buhay nila yun. Wala akong magagawa,” Joross Gamboa said.
